Check if they have an online or social media presence. Their website should look legit – and they should have an active social account which displays their registered office address, too.
Scan the website for fake testimonials – if they’re not receiving reviews via Google, their social platform, or other credible review sites, their website reviews are probably fake!
Did you request a date for them to come and collect your rubbish, but they went silent? They probably went after a more lucrative job!
Do they have insurance and a waste carriers license? These questions are good questions to ask if you’re suspicious you’re dealing with a rogue clearance company.
